Adam Rushing
Owner / General Contractor
Born and raised in Washington state, Adam Rushing, along with his wife and two children, have made TIllamook Oregon their home. He has worked in the carpentry and maintenance Industries for many years before starting AR Northwest LLC. His passion for woodworking and carpentry started at a very young age working along-side his father on home repairs and watching This Old House and Home Again in the afternoons. While in high school, he studied at the local trade school and became well-educated in the world of construction. Since then, he's help families and businesses reach their goals and dreams.
Adam strongly believes that keeping sources local and developing local talent will help keep our community prospering.
Drew I.
Site Superintendent
Drew has 12 years experience working in the trades. He started with AR Northwest in 2019 as a carpenter and now works as site superintendent. Drew leads the day to day on site operations at AR Northwest working closely with our carpenters and sub-contractors. He has spent time in California working as a finish carpenter for one of the premier builders in the Bay Area. While there, Drew had the opportunity to be the lead carpenter on a historic restoration of a 100 year old barn. This project expanded his knowledge in carpentry and construction and also gave him valuable experience in communicating with architects, engineers, sub-contractors and clients in bringing their vision to life.
Drew has a passion for building and is eager to bring his knowledge and experience to the projects at AR Northwest. He is dedicated to make our builds run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of execution with attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Originally from Texas, Matt moved out to the Pacific Northwest with his now wife to enjoy the beautiful nature and outdoor recreation that the area had to offer. After several years of working for a beverage distributor in Central Oregon, driving trucks and managing warehouse inventory, he made the move to Tillamook to work for one of the local breweries. Bartender, truck driver, brewer, forklift aficionado - Matt is a jack of all trades, and looks forward to learning more about carpentry at AR Northwest and adding another skill to that list.
